Alicia Szyffer

Alicia Szyffer, a native of Argentina, has been an associate of the firm since 1983.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School (Class of 1981). 

She has practiced immigration law since 1982 and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.    

She has published numerous articles in Argentine periodicals on the subject of immigration law. Ms. Szyffer regularly appears before the USCIS with her clients for adjustment of status interviews and before the Immigration Courts in connection with her clients' removal proceedings.
