Brian S. Weiss

Brian S. Weiss received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton in 2001 and a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2004.

Mr. Weiss is active in all phases of immigration and nationality law, focusing primarily on employment and family based immigration. He is admitted to practice as an attorney in both New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Bar Association.
