Tara J. Goldsmith

Tara J. Goldsmith received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1995 from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1998 she earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. 

Upon her law school graduation Ms. Goldsmith was employed as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. 

In 2000 she joined the firm and has been active in all phases of our immigration law practice, focusing on nonimmigrant and immigrant business visas. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and frequently lectures at conferences and career fairs regarding the employment of foreign workers.
