F1 STUDENTS

We often help Japanese with various issues concerning student visas.
These include:

Obtaining a student visa at the American Consulates in Tokyo, Osaka-Kobe, or anywhere in the world.

Resolving problems that arise with their student visa status while they are in the U.S.

Obtaining other visas for them once their studies in the U.S. are completed.  These normally include:

(a)    Obtaining an H-1B visa so they can work in the U.S.

(b)    Obtaining a green card because they marry a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

(c)    Obtaining a green card because they were picked in the green card lottery.
